The Web Logins page is originally mailed to parents in the welcome/assessment packet (the packet sent out as soon as your enrollment is processed). If the paper has gone missing, look in your family's private family folder to print it again. If you do not have an email with your private family folder information, just send your advisor an email and an STAA staff member will send you a fresh link to your Web Logins document. | ![]() |
Do not change your STAA Student Zone password
Usernames and passwords are reverted to what is listed on the Web Logins document during site maintenance on Fridays. The system will not save custom passwords for longer than one week.

The Site Won't Let Me In!
If you see the “Annual Closure” or “Site Maintenance” notice on the login page, no one can sign into the site during that time. The Annual Closure takes place July 15 through 31 each year. During the closure, all scores, assignments, uploads, and work samples are deleted as the site is reset for the new school year. Students and parents are not able to sign into the site during the closure and reset and will need to register for the new school year to regain access to the site when it opens on August 1.
Site Maintenance is just a short closure of the site to update the server. No scores, assignments, uploads, or work samples are deleted during maintenance periods. The STAA staff tries to keep maintenance to regularly planned academic breaks (e.g. Thanksgiving break, Easter break, etc.) or over weekends. Students and parents are not able to sign into the site during maintenance periods. The “Site Maintenance” notice on the login page will detail the length of the closure. Maintenance is usually planned in advance and e-newsletter announcements are sent out to warn students and parents about an upcoming closure for maintenance.
The Site Still Won't Let Me In!
In this case, look first to see if your enrollment needs to be renewed for the new school year or has been suspended due to past due payments. Use the “New Support Ticket” link above to inquire about the status of your family's account.
If you know that account status is not the issue, check with your household's tech-savvy individual to see if the www.staahomeschool.com domain needs to be whitelisted in your internet-safety settings.
Finally, the staff here at St. Thomas Aquinas Academy will try to offer some insight if you post a “New Support Ticket” with the information from https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/.
