Oops, we changed credit cards and forgot to update our payment plan. I just received a "Cancellation of Monthly Charge" email because the payment did not go through on the old card. Can you rerun this payment tomorrow?
We do not have access to any of your payment information; it is automatically handled by Stripe based on the payment information you provided when you activated the payment plan. We just receive the payment confirmation receipts so we can apply the automatic payments to your open invoice.
Tomorrow or in the next few days, click on the "Change Subscription" button in the email you received to authorize this month's payment and reinstate the payment plan. There will only be a late fee applied to payment plan payments that are more than 10 days late, so there is no penalty for waiting a few days to instate the payment plan.
