I am trying to determine whether my daughter, who is 16 and entering 11th grade next Fall, would be able to complete your diploma program in 2 years, despite her late entry. I assume this must have to do with what previous courses are accepted as transferable. Any thoughts on this situation would be appreciated!

It’s absolutely possible for students to transfer in credits from grades 9 and 10 and complete grades 11 and 12 with St. Thomas Aquinas Academy to earn a diploma. We often work with families in similar situations, and we’d love to explore how this might work for your daughter, too. You can find all the details about our diploma program, including how we handle transferred credits.  Learn more about the STAA diploma »

To give you tailored insight into what she’d need to complete, please set up a consultation with one of our high school advisors. They can learn more about what your daughter has already done in grades 9 and 10 and explain what might satisfy some of the subject-area credits and what the last two years of high school with St. Thomas Aquinas Academy might look like. You can arrange the meeting by following this link: High School Consult ». If you have any questions before then, feel free to reply here or leave a voicemail at 209-863-8400. We’re looking forward to helping your family navigate this next step.
