I printed off the Diploma Application page, and I was uncertain about what to do. It says to submit it after all courses have been completed. However, my son still has his senior year courses to complete in the fall and spring. I wasn't sure how to proceed.
Don't submit the Diploma Application yet since your son hasn't completed all his courses.
For now: Keep the printed Diploma Application in your binder. We'll use it as a worksheet during your son's senior year progress checks to track his completion toward graduation requirements.
Final submission: Submit the completed, official, signed Diploma Application with your son's Grade 12, Semester 2 reporting packet. You can either attach it to the Semester 2 Report Form or upload it to the "Special Enclosures" space.
