How Do I Request an Official Transcript from St. Thomas Aquinas Academy?

Request an Official Transcript

You can request an official transcript at any time by visiting the online transcript request form. No login or Student Zone account is required to access this form. This means that whether you are a current student or a graduate returning years later, the link is always available to you on our website.

You can also find this link on our main website’s Contact Us page, the Member Families information page, the FAQ, and the Sitemap page. If you happen to be logged into the STAA Student Zone, the link is also available on the Main Menu—but logging in is never necessary to submit a transcript request.

There is a per-transcript fee to cover printing and mailing costs. Please see the transcript request form for current pricing.

A Note for Parents of Current Students

If your student is still enrolled and working towards graduation, all incomplete or amendment codes on the transcript must be cleared before an official transcript can be released to an outside institution. This requirement ensures that official documents accurately represent completed academic achievement. If you are unsure whether your student’s record has any outstanding codes, please meet with your advisor or open a support ticket at staahomeschool.com/email.

For Graduates

Your record was cleared as part of the graduation process, so you are welcome to request a transcript at any time without concern about outstanding codes. The transcript request form is always available on our website—no login needed, no matter how many years have passed since graduation.
