The Mastering High School Math handout lives in the Appendix of Forms on the Student Zone. You may read it there on the screen, and you may also download it as a printable PDF to keep in your binder. The link above goes straight to the page; you will be prompted to log in before it will display.
Signing In
Log in at staahomeschool.com/members with your teaching-parent username and password, or with a student username and password. Either one will open the page.
Finding It from the Main Menu
Once you are signed in, open the Appendix of Forms from the main menu. The Appendix is searchable, so type Mastering High School Math into its keyword search and the page will come right up.

The Printable Version
At the bottom of the Appendix of Forms page, you will find the handout attached as a printable PDF. Families find it useful to keep the printed version in their BINDER and paper-clipped into their students' math books.
