The due dates are outlined on the SEMESTER REPORTING course page and are summarized here:
Summer Reporting: Report summer work that does not belong on last year's Semester 2 transcript or this year's Semester 1 transcript. Summer reporting is optional. Summer reporting is due before September 30.
Semester 1 Reporting: Submit all coursework completed as part of Semester 1 that is ready to report by February 28. The first-semester reporting forms, work samples, and gradebooks are due at the conclusion of the semester (December 31) and may be submitted until February 28 without incurring late fees.
Semester 2 Reporting: Submit all coursework completed as part of Semester 2 that is ready to report by June 30. The second-semester reporting forms, work samples, and gradebooks are due at the conclusion of the semester (May 31) and may be submitted until June 30 without incurring late fees.
