I Clicked “Forgot Password” on the Appointment Scheduler but Did Not Receive an Email. What Should I Do?


If you used the “Forgot your password?” link on the STAA appointment scheduler but did not receive a password reset email from Acuity, it most likely means that you have not yet created an Acuity Scheduling account.


The “Forgot your password?” feature only works for accounts that already exist. If there is no account associated with your email address, Acuity has nothing to reset and will not send an email.

The Solution: Create Your Account

To get started, you will need to create an Acuity Scheduling account by clicking the Sign Up link (not the “Log In” link) on the scheduling page. Here is how:

  1. Visit the STAA advisor scheduler at https://staahomeschool.com/support.
  2. Click Sign up in the top-right corner.
  3. Use the email address that you used when enrolling with St. Thomas Aquinas Academy for the school year.
  4. Create your own password. There is a place to write it down on your Web Logins document so you do not forget it!
  5. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Sign up.


Once your account is created, Acuity will automatically load your advisor meeting package codes into your new account. Each time you visit the scheduler and use the Log In link, your codes will be applied for you automatically. You will also be able to use the “Forgot your password?” feature in the future if needed.

  • The type of advisor appointment you need (general academic, grammar school, high school, or transcript)
  • Your time zone


You will receive an email confirmation of the appointment we set up on your behalf, and you can use the “reschedule” link in that email to move the time and day of the appointment as needed.
